Booga Agents now arrives with a team already on staff, keeps cloud folders and Outlook mail in step with your workspace, and lets you work by client — so the first week is about assigning access, not assembling plumbing.

• Your Booga Team (Booga Agents). Every workspace can start with four roles already provisioned: Researcher, Drafter, Monitor, and Knowledge Steward. Activate them when your documents and connectors are ready; agents draft, people decide.

• Smart Actions from the Assistant. Type what you need — find precedents, draft an NDA, research a stock, summarize client mail — and Booga proposes the job for you to approve, rather than building a workflow from scratch.

• Legal pack. Ready-made jobs for correspondence, precedent search, NDA drafting, contract comparison, and matter updates, with human review before anything is delivered.

• Markets pack. Research a listed company, compare it to peers, prep for earnings, check financial health, snapshot the session, or see what changed on the last two calls.

• Customers and clients (Booga Agents). Keep a client list (you choose the noun), attach documents, attribute Outlook mail by contact or verified domain, import a spreadsheet, or pull accounts from Salesforce or HubSpot. Chat can stay scoped to one relationship.

• Synced Folders (Booga Agents). Mirror or import OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive, Box, or Dropbox on a schedule. The destination stays read-only while the watch is active.

• Synced Mailboxes (Booga Agents). Import Outlook Inbox and Sent Items into Files as messages and attachments. Sync is one-way: remote deletes never remove local files.

• Automatic file processing (Booga Agents). New uploads, imports, and synced files can extract text, apply your collections, and index into knowledge without a manual ingest step. Folder status shows what still needs attention.

• Workspace Setup Guide (Booga Agents). After provisioning, administrators get a checklist — seats, billing, knowledge, personas, clients, and connections — as a header pill, a floating panel, and a full Admin Portal page.

Improvements

• Help that matches the product. In-app help, guided tours, and the public docs at docs.boogaenterprise.com now cover the Team, customers, file and mail sync, and the setup checklist.

• Assistant as coordinator. High-confidence requests become a confirm-and-run card; everything else still chats as usual. Pending approvals stay visible on the Agents landing.

• Knowledge health. See coverage, freshness, and gaps in the Knowledge Hub so you know when the Steward has real work to do.

• Safer disconnect. Leaving a synced folder can keep the files or remove the tree — with a preview of what would be deleted before you confirm.
